Want to get waisted!
Gut health is so important on your journey! On my journey to getting waisted I had to cut out dairy. I use almond milk to help with my intolerance to lactose. Instead of ground beef I substituted turkey meat or lean meat and now decreasing my meat intake even more! Did you know pineapple are good for inflammation and skin tightening! Watermelon has a high water content and can help you stay hydrated! Cranberries are great for urinary health and flushing out the urinary tract! I juice these fruit and add spinach, beets and so many more fruit and vegetables to get the nutrients I need to stay healthy!
